Key Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Prospect for clients and generate quality leads.
• Explain policy benefits, requirements and premium obligations clearly.
• Submit completed applications and supporting documents on time.
• Follow up on clients, renewals, premiums and policy servicing matters.
• Meet agreed sales targets and maintain good client records.
• Represent Malsure professionally and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of selling insurance products and meeting sales targets.
• Good understanding of insurance products and client advisory standards.
• COP in Long-Term Insurance will be an added advantage.
• Must be target-driven, disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong sales and prospecting ability.
• Good communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to explain insurance products in simple, clear language.
• Good follow-up, record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Honesty, professionalism and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
