Job Summary

The In-Store Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Buy Now, Pay Later BNPL solutions at partner retail stores.
The role involves engaging customers, explaining product benefits, guiding them through the application process, and driving product adoption while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Buy Now, Pay Later BNPL solutions at partner retail stores. • Engage customers and explain product benefits.
Assist customers through the application and onboarding process.
Meet sales targets and provide market feedback.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year sales experience financial services experience is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to use digital/mobile tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector.
Strong relationship-building abilities and a high level of integrity.
