Job Title: Illustrator
Job Type: Full-time / Contract (Remote)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our distributed global creative team. You will translate complex ideas and creative briefs into compelling, original visual content across digital and print formats. You will drive the visual storytelling behind our brand, producing custom illustrations, developing storyboards, and brainstorming bold new concepts alongside marketing and design professionals.
Job Responsibilities

• Visual Conceptualization: Interpret creative briefs to develop unique illustration concepts for campaigns, editorial content, and web.
• Asset Creation: Produce high-quality digital illustrations, infographics, and graphics using hand-drawing mixed with digital media.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to our company's style guides and visual identity.
• Collaboration: Participate in remote brainstorming sessions and design reviews with art directors, marketers, and project managers.
• Prepare rough drafts and successfully implement constructive feedback to refine final artwork.
• Format and prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring correct color profiles and resolution standards.
  

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a digital illustrator, graphic designer, or visual artist.
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing diverse illustration styles, character design, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced working knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
• Excellent time management, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Capacity to learn new aesthetics, adapt to different brand voices, and easily pivot during concept changes.
