Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vacancy advertising, application screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding and recruitment tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, appointment letters, probation documentation, transfers, confirmations and approved HR correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, attendance, leave, disciplinary records and HR databases.
  • Support managers with grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, training activities and employee-development follow-up.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering recruitment, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, leave, training and employee-relations matters.
  • Support HR policy implementation and monitor compliance with the Ghana Labour Act, company standards and employment-record requirements.
  • Support workforce planning, employee engagement and HR activities at Group locations when required.

Qualifications And Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant HR experience, preferably within hospitality, food service, retail or another fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of the Ghana Labour Act, HR policies and employment practices.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIHRM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; HR information-system or recruitment-tracking experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, report-writing and organisational skills, with demonstrated confidentiality, sound judgement, accountability and integrity.

Working Conditions: The role is Head Office based, with travel to Group locations and occasional extended hours during major HR exercises or urgent matters.
Location:  Accra, Ghana; travel to Group locations as required
