Key Duties and Responsibilities

Trading Business

• Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives, warehouse staff, storekeepers, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programs.
• Coordinate staff training and development to improve performance and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Ghana Labour Laws.

Transport Business

• Recruit, manage, and maintain records of drivers, mechanics, and transport support staff.
• Monitor driver performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure transport staff receive necessary training on safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for management.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
