Employment Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent across operations, logistics, and corporate functions.
  • Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture development, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to build workforce capability, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, HR reporting, and HR analytics for decision-making.


Administration & Operations Support

  • Oversee general office administration, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, and maintenance to support a safe and productive work environment.
  • Supervise administrative staff (e.g., front desk, office assistants, drivers, cleaners).
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Support logistics and coordination for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain proper documentation systems and ensure effective records management.
  • Develop and enforce administrative policies, procedures, and service standards.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agribusiness, or supply chain environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIHRM, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
