CareDent is a 5-year-old, premium dental clinic in Lagos with a very positive work culture. As we scale, we’re looking for a vibrant, innovative HR professional to build the people-side of that growth with us.

Who we’re looking for:

What you’ll own:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Culture, morale, and internal communication
• HR policy, documentation, and performance systems
• Partnering directly with the CEO on team growth as CareDent scales
