Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR & GS Manager to lead human resource and general services operations. The role is responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, administration, procurement, fleet, facility management, and workplace operations to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and company policies.
Oversee payroll coordination, employee records, and HR reporting.
Manage general services, including procurement, fleet, facilities, office administration, and vendor management.
Support organizational development and drive HR initiatives.
