The role covers the full HR spectrum across multiple properties – from employee relations, performance management, and IR to payroll input, skills development, and EE compliance. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of generalist HR experience (preferably in luxury hospitality), strong knowledge of South African labour law, and the gravitas to partner confidently with operational leadership. Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7). · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full HRBP or HR generalist role within a multi-site environment. · Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation, particularly BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity. · Demonstrated experience with payroll oversight, workforce data, and statutory reporting. · Strong analytical capability and professional judgement. · Partner with managers on workforce planning, performance management, and capability development. · Coach leaders on managing performance, behavior, and engagement in line with organizational values. · Promote consistent application of HR frameworks, policies, and practices across properties. · Prepare EE submissions, dashboards, and statutory reports. · Support Skills Development tracking and reporting. · Contribute to continuous improvement of Group HR processes and standards. · Stable employment history with contactable references · Must already reside in Johannesburg. ➡ ?????? ????: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
