HR Assistant – 5 Positions

Job Summary

The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, and general HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and personnel documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and correspondence.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct complex matters to the appropriate HR officer.
• Assist with training and staff development activities.
• Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
