Hire Resolve’s Client is a leading specialist in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation and municipal infrastructure projects, is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Administration Officer to join their growing team in Parow Industria, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Managing employee records, contracts and HR documentation
• Coordinating onboarding, inductions and employee exits
• Administering leave, attendance, timesheets and payroll support
• Assisting with recruitment, interviews and appointment administration
• Maintaining HR systems such as Connecteam (or similar platforms)
• Supporting employee relations and disciplinary administration
• Ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation
• Maintaining training records, medicals and compliance documentation
• Preparing HR reports and management summaries
• Providing general office administration and operational support

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in an HR Administration role
• Current or previous payroll support experience
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
