- To ensure that villas on arrival are in compliance with the service legal agreement checklist
- To conduct villa inventory before arrival of Rental guest or Homeowners
- To conduct villa inventory prior to the departure of Rental guest or Homeowners
- To make sure that all guest requests are followed up before and during guest stay and same communicated to the EPSL/VEL team.
