Staff transport available from Franschhoek; Paarl and Stellenbosch Duties: Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areas Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests Exceeding guests’ expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay Ensuring that all guests’ special requests, requirements are communicated clearly and are met by all departments Deliver exceptional service Thinking out of the box to make guests’ stay exceptional Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and methods Excellent time keeping Ability to follow SOP standards Attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Impeccable grooming standards Personal and professional integrity Good communication skills in English High level of physical endurance Ability to work shifts including night shift Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighbouring areas
