HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

We are seeking experienced, competent, and safety-conscious individuals to fill the following positions:
• Front End Loader Operator
• Grader Operator
• Excavator Operator
• TLB Operator

Key Responsibilities
• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Perform earthmoving, loading, excavation, grading, and related operational tasks as assigned.
• Report equipment defects, breakdowns, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure proper care and cleanliness of assigned equipment.
• Adhere to all occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

Minimum Requirements
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator Certification relevant to the position applied for.
• At least 3 years’ proven experience operating the respective equipment.
• Valid Class 2 or Class 4 Driver’s Licence will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and in demanding environments.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required.
