Summary

• We are seeking a highly competent Health & Safety Supervisor with a Master's degree and minimum 3 years of safety management experience to support safety operations across the factory. This role is responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and induction programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Act and safety regulations.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections.
  

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in safety management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana safety regulations and international standards.
• Certification in NEBOSH or IOSH is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
