As the Head Spa Receptionist, you will:

• Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and organized.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services and recommend treatments.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations using our scheduling system.
• Handle transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

We are looking for someone with:

• A diploma or Bac +2 in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or tourism sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
