Job Summary
- The Head of Academic is the Chief Academic Officer of CIFM, responsible for academic strategy, curriculum development, faculty leadership, research advancement, quality assurance, and student experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and management of academic strategy.
- Develop and deliver high-quality academic and training programmes.
- Manage curriculum development and accreditation.
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
- Oversee student admissions, progress, and experience.
- Drive research initiatives and industry partnerships.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance.
- Manage academic budgets and resources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Master of Science Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- AIIN or FIIN qualification preferred.
- 7 - 10 years of working experience in academic leadership, including senior roles.
- Strong curriculum development and executive education experience.
- Academic leadership experience and insurance/finance industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to build academic credibility and programme growth.
