Group Procurement Manager. Cape Town based Luxury 5* & 4* Game Lodge, Retreats/ Hotel Group. The Group Procurement Manager role is responsible for supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement policies, inventory optimization, and supporting operational excellence across all Hotels and Lodges locations. Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement group-wide procurement strategies. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Source suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms. Standardize purchasing across hotel properties. Manage tender processes and supplier selection. Monitor procurement budgets and spending. Deliver annual procurement savings targets. Analyze purchasing trends and recommend efficiencies. Reduce waste through improved purchasing practices Responsible for the COS of all items in the Group Experience 5–10 years' procurement experience, preferably within hospitality or hotels. Experience managing multi-property or regional procurement operations. Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation. Salary Expectation R55 000 - R60 000 Negociable
