Candidate Requirements

• Recently graduated with an Engineering qualification, or up to one year's relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in technical, engineering, service, project, and operational environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be advantageous.
• Willingness to work in different departments or locations based on business needs and development opportunities.
