Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8–15 years' manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
- Proven experience in metal pressing, fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
- Strong commercial, leadership, customer relationship, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
