Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all business operations, sales and distribution activities, including management of a telecom franchise business.
- Drive operational efficiency, team performance and achievement of business growth targets.
- Analyse financial and operational performance to support strategic decision making and process optimisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, operations, distribution and team leadership.
- Prior experience in telecom, FMCG or distributorship businesses is an added advantage.
