Key Responsibilities
- Harvest/pick various types of citrus fruits from trees or plants.
- Ensure that fruits are picked carefully to avoid damage and maintain product quality.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Report any injuries, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform other duties related to the harvest as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- Above the age of 18.
- Strong physical fitness to handle manual labour.
- No previous experience required, but experience in agricultural work or fruit picking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality harvest.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic.
- Salary Paid per bin (bin rate system) - the more you pick, the more you earn
