This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a passion for guest service, wine culture, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, visible on the floor, and committed to maintaining high standards while driving both guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Job Requirements Train and mentor hospitality staff through ongoing, hands‑on development. Brief and organise staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain kitchen standards and support back‑of‑house operations. Create a guest‑centric culture that is confident, communicative, and professional. Monitor the floor during service, correcting and resolving issues promptly. Ensure cost‑efficient restaurant operations. Design and develop a wine club for members. Strengthen the interface between wine tasting and restaurant service to boost sales. Weekend availability required.
