We are a software company ( https://www.tetmon.com ) that provides end-to-end data integration and analysis. Our customers are purchasing visibility and insights, not just our software product. Our Forward Deployed Analysts are key to guiding and training our customers on how to realize these insights.

Role

Your job is to work directly with our customers, often from within their offices (usually in Kigali), to understand their requirements and help them understand their data. The end goal is typically a set of dashboards. To get there will usually involve:

• Speaking with the customer’s IT staff to identify where relevant data resides
• Working with the customer to create or enhance a data dictionary
• Creating or reviewing SQL queries
• Experimenting with different visualizations
• Mentoring and/or training the customer’s staff on SQL, statistics, and our software

Skills

• SQL (must have)
• Basic statistics (must have)
• English, written and spoken (important to have)
• Recording and tracking data in Google Sheets (good to have)
