Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' Construction Foreman experience.
- Proven experience in concrete, formwork, brickwork, and wet works.
- Able to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Available to start immediately.
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (advantageous).
- Red Seal
- Supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Oversee concrete, formwork, brickwork, and wet works.
- Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site resources.
- Report progress and resolve on-site issues.
