Fleet Manager - Parktown JHB

We are looking for a Fleet Manager with a background in the Car Rental Industry or Corporate. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical knowledge on cars as well as being able to complete reports weekly on Excel.
The duties include accident investigation, ensuring fleet is up to scratch, road worthy and well maintained, whilst building relationships with parts suppliers and managing an on site mechanic.
The fleet is 70 strong and requires someone who is able to make sure licenses, insurance and services are up to date.

This position will not suit someone from the Freight/Logistics Industry but rather someone who has managed a small fleet at a corporate company or come from a car rental background.

Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
Must have matric and 5+ years relevant experience relating to the above.
Mechanical knowledge or qualification a must.
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
