Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Location: Labone, Accra

Job Summary:

The Finishing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works meet the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and consistency in line with approved designs and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect all finishing works to ensure compliance with approved specifications and maintain a first-time quality approval

· Identify, log, and track all defects, ensuring full visibility and resolution.

· Ensure all finishes strictly align with approved materials, colors, and design specifications through close coordination with design teams.

· Oversee finishing contractors and enforce high workmanship standards, correcting substandard work immediately.

· Lead snagging processes and ensure all issues are resolved before handover, delivering fully client-ready units.

· Maintain accurate defect logs and provide daily updates on finishing progress and issue resolution.

· Ensure all units are completed to a client-ready standard with zero outstanding critical defects

· Ensure corrective actions are implemented immediately for defective or substandard work.

· Prevent unauthorized material substitutions or deviations from approved finishes.

Requirements and Experience

· 5+ years’ experience in construction finishing

· Strong understanding of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards

· Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability

· Experience managing finishing subcontractors and snagging processes

· Experience in real estate projects
