Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions
- Take ownership of costing, cost analysis, and margin improvements
- Lead initiatives to enhance and streamline financial systems and processes
- Work extensively with SAP to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity
- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies
- Partner with various departments to support operational and strategic objectives
Requirements
- Relevant Finance Degree (CA(SA) / CIMA / similar advantageous)
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role
- Strong SAP experience is essential
- Demonstrated experience in systems improvement and process optimisation
- Solid background in costing and financial analysis
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
