The role:

• Translate finance and operational pain points into a prioritised automation plan, backed by clear business cases
• Get hands-on with developers and outsourced IT partners — specs, testing, delivery, adoption
• Build reporting and dashboard tools that management actually uses
• Keep controls intact as processes get automated — this isn't automation for its own sake
• Report back on what's actually working: time saved, errors reduced, cost taken out

What you bring:

• 5–10 years in business analysis or finance systems, with automation delivered, not just proposed
• A finance/accounting foundation (degree or articles background) paired with systems fluency
• Comfortable translating between finance and technical teams — and confident enough to push back when needed
• Process mapping know-how, solid data skills (SQL/Excel/Power BI), and exposure to RPA or workflow tools

A plus: experience with SAP or similar large-scale platforms, and prior work alongside outsourced IT vendors.
