2. Finance Officer

A. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

"Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration,

"Advantage: ACCA, ZICA, CIMA certification.

Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits including Math and English.

B. KEY SKILLS

Bookkeeping, journals, ledgers, trial balance, financial statements.

Track company expenses, prepare budgets for materials, production, salaries.

PAYE, VAT, WHT knowledge for Zambia Revenue Authority.

MS Excel pivot tables, formulas. Plus QuickBooks, Pastel, or SAP.

Payments, receipts, reconciliations, petty cash.

Monthly management accounts, variance analysis, cost of goods sold for wood products.

C. EXPERIENCE

1-3 years in finance, accounting, or audit role preferred.

Experience in manufacturing, retail, or Medical equipment company.

Handling supplier payments and customer invoicing.

D. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

High integrity handles company money.

Analytical and good with numbers.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Confidential and trustworthy.

Good communication to explain financial info to non-finance managers.
