Finance Manager | CA(SA) | Johannesburg (Office-Based) A leading financial services organisation is looking for a CA(SA) to join its Finance team in a Finance Manager role.
This position is ideal for someone with strong management accounting experience who enjoys partnering with the business, delivering meaningful financial insights, and driving month-end reporting excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly management accounting and reporting process.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyse expenses and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Produce insightful executive management reports and financial packs.
Partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance and planning.
Support the Senior Finance Manager in delivering a high-performing finance function.
Requirements:
CA(SA)
Strong management accounting experience
Budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis and month-end reporting
General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Ability to produce executive-level management reports
Sage X3 experience is highly advantageous
Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential
This is a 5-day office-based role in Johannesburg, offering exposure to a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting senior finance leadership.
