Main purpose : The Finance Business Partner: Wholesale is responsible for the full budgeting and planning cycle for the wholesale channel across all trading entities. The role provides strategic financial and commercial support to the Wholesale Commercial Manager, including but not limited to strategic account planning, financial reviews, performance reporting, and commercial insights. The position ensures alignment between financial forecasts and channel strategies while supporting decision‑making that enhances profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY 1: WHOLESALE CHANNEL BUDGETING & FORECASTING
- Lead annual budgeting for the wholesale channel across all seven trading entities.
- Coordinate quarterly and monthly forecasting cycles.
- Ensure budgeting methodology is consistent and aligned across entities.
- Consolidate wholesale channel financial plans into group-level submissions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY 2: COMMERCIAL SUPPORT TO WHOLESALE MANAGER
- Provide financial insights supporting strategic account planning.
- Support negotiations with key accounts through margin, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Identify commercial risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Evaluate investment proposals and trade‑spend ROI.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY 3: PERFORMANCE REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports for the wholesale channel.
- Track budget vs actual performance and highlight key variances.
- Deliver clear and actionable insights to commercial and finance leaders.
- Present wholesale channel performance in management forums.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The minimum education and experience requirements that are required to be considered
Education | - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional finance or accounting qualification preferred but not mandatory

Experience | - Minimum 5–7 years’ progressive finance experience, including:
- Significant exposure to FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting
- Hands‑on responsibility for channel or business‑unit financial performance
- Proven experience in:
- Commercial finance or business partnering roles
- Supporting pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
- Preparing and presenting management‑level reports and insights
- Demonstrated experience:
- Partnering with senior commercial or sales leadership
- Producing scenario models, ROI assessments, and trade‑spend analysis
- Experience working in:
- ERP and BI/reporting environments
- Multi‑entity or group reporting structures
