We are a Non-Bank Micro Finance Company in Zambia, seeking an experienced and

strategic Finance and Administration Manager to join our executive team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned Finance & Administration Manager to

oversee all financial and administration aspects of our organization. The successful

candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial and administration leadership,

driving business growth, and ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and

profitability.

- Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the executive team.

- Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and

reporting.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

- Foster relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Lead and manage the finance team.

-Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and general ledger maintenance.

-coordinate internal and external audits and fix any found issues.

-manage office facilities, equipment, procurement and vendor contracts

-handle staff benefits administration payroll

Requirements

- Professional qualification as an Associate or Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered

Accountants (ZICA). Must possess a Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role in a non-banking

financial institution or microfinance.

– Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.

– Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Familiar with banking software and operating skills.
