Overall Responsibility
The Field Sales Agent role involves 90% fieldwork, identifying new clients, conducting site visits, carrying out product demonstrations and closing sales for solar solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should:
- Be based in Kitwe.
- Have sales experience. This is an advantage.
- Have good communication and people skills.
- Be comfortable using social media for business.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven and reliable.
Compensation
Commission based with unlimited earning potential for driven individuals.
