FASHION DESIGNER

1. WE ARE HIRING: TEXTILE FASHION DESIGNER

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, textiles, and garment innovation?

Join our Design Team and bring your ideas to life — from concept, sketches, technical packs, fittings, fabric selection, color palettes, and final collections.

Your role will include:

·        Analyze design briefs to understand project requirements, target audience, and overall objectives.

·        Convert sketches into detailed technical packs while specifying measurements, fabric, trims, stitches, construction methods and finishes.

·        Conduct Garment fittings on prototypes/samples.

·        Work with pattern maker to make production friendly and automated designs.

·        Help minimize waste of fabric and trims through efficient pattern adjustments.

·        Make use of standardize blocks and optimize fabrics/ accessories, consider automation processes during creation stage and group lab dips while developing a collection.

·        Rework styles, CADS following customer feedback and requests.

·        Release requests and follow up samples status while ensure that these are being delivered within the requested timeframe.

·        Help Team leader with showroom setup and inventory.

·        Create Marketing Content for new collection and DESIGN HUB

• Participate in any other duties as assigned by the management of the company.

We are looking for someone with:
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• A strong eye for design, aesthetics, and details
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work methodically
• Passion for learning, improving, and bringing fresh ideas
