MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma highly advantageous
- Min of 3 years previous vegetable farm management experience
- Previous experience working with markets and retailers advantageous
- Irrigation management experience
- Ground preparation and maintenance of irrigation equipment
- Being mechanically orientated with ability to assist with repairs of implements
- Strong record keeping skills
- Ability to work with and manage a team effectively
- Valid driver’s licence
