Facility Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant (1)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of project activities at health facilities .
- Collect, compile, and report program data to track progress against targets .
- Support data quality assurance activities and ensure accurate and complete reporting .
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports .
- Help analyze performance data and identify gaps in service delivery .
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Grade 12 School Certificate
- Relevant Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
- Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
- Relevant work experience as specified for the position
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills
- ZAQA-verified academic qualifications will be an added advantage
