Executive Housekeeper

Millionaires Casino Accra is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality standards
• Supervise train and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained to exceptional standards
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Conduct regular inspections and enforce health and safety regulations
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial housekeeping role
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Proficiency in Housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team
