We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards and driving the performance of our outlets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations • Ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction • Develop, motivate and inspire the Food & Beverage team • Monitor departmental budgets, costs and revenue performance • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and operational excellence • Work closely with the Executive Management Team to achieve the resort’s objectives • Introduce creative concepts to enhance the guest dining experience
