Job Details

We are seeking an Ethics Line Lead to join our team in Lagos on a permanent basis.

You will:

  • Lead the delivery of whistleblowing services to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to KPMG policies, Nigerian regulations, and international standards e.g., ISO 37002. • Manage ethics line operators and oversee intake, operations, and reporting processes.
  • Drive business growth.
  • Maintain service excellence and client trust.

Job Details

  • Review call sheets and case memos for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly summary reports for clients.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure alignment with internal policies and client-specific requirements.
  • Oversee administrative tasks.
  • Lead research on industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, awareness materials, and training for clients.
  • Support business development initiatives 
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations NDPR and confidentiality protocols.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Unit.

Requirements

Technical & Professional

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
  • Strong interviewing and probing skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends and prepare actionable insights.

Behavioral

  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective listening and empathy when handling whistleblower concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing teams and client-facing roles.

Added Advantage

  • Multilingual proficiency English + Hausa/Yoruba/Igbo.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks ISO 37002.
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
