Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with preventive measures.
- Conduct health and safety inspections and audits across hospital departments.
- Organize staff training on occupational health, safety, infection prevention, fire safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor waste management, hazardous materials handling, and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and promote a strong safety culture throughout the hospital.
- Maintain EOHS records, reports, and documentation.
