What You Will Do:

Lead the development and management of AEA and Business Clinic.
Design and implement business support programs for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Build partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and support organizations.
Provide strategic guidance and business development support to clients.
Coordinate mentoring, advisory, and enterprise growth initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Academic background in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Enterprise Development, Economics, or related fields.
Experience working within Ghana and startup, SME, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Personal entrepreneurial or business management experience is an added advantage
Strong understanding of the African business and entrepreneurship landscape.
Smart, innovative, proactive, and highly organized.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
Must reside in Accra.
