Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to manage employee communication, employee engagement, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle work-related injury reporting, tracking, and insurance claims processing.
  • Manage labor disputes, employee grievances, and litigation cases to safeguard the company’s legal interests.
  • Plan and implement corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
  • Manage external relations with local labor departments, insurance institutions, and relevant government authorities.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations (ER) management; specialized ER experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws, union policies, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Proven ability to handle labor disputes, grievance cases, and public relations issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing), including ability to process legal documents in English.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, organizational coordination, and problem-solving skills in complex working environments.
