Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications
Academic & Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Primary Education, or a closely related academic discipline a Master’s Degree is highly advantageous.
- Valid teaching certification or license from a recognized educational governing body.
Proven Experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive, demonstrable classroom teaching experience within an elite international or progressive primary school setting.
- Deep familiarity with advanced educational frameworks such as Experiential Learning, the Montessori Method, Reggio Emilia, or the International Baccalaureate IB Primary Years Programme.Core Competencies & Soft Skills
- Advanced Classroom Management: Masterful ability to guide student behavior smoothly without relying on rigid, authoritarian structures.
- Exceptional Communication: Superior command of written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex pedagogical strategies to diverse stakeholders.

- Proximity: Candidate must ideally reside within Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby Ikoyi axes to ensure logistical sustainability.
