Differentiated Assessment & Data-Driven Instruction

• Implement continuous, qualitative assessments that measure cognitive, emotional, and social development.Utilize diagnostic and formative data to individualize learning trajectories, ensuring every child is appropriately challenged.Maintain meticulous records of student milestones to map long-term academic and personal growth.

Candidate Profile & Required Qualifications

Academic & Professional Credentials

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Primary Education, or a closely related academic discipline a Master’s Degree is highly advantageous.
• Valid teaching certification or license from a recognized educational governing body.

Proven Experience

• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive, demonstrable classroom teaching experience within an elite international or progressive primary school setting.
• Deep familiarity with advanced educational frameworks such as Experiential Learning, the Montessori Method, Reggio Emilia, or the International Baccalaureate IB Primary Years Programme.Core Competencies & Soft Skills
• Advanced Classroom Management: Masterful ability to guide student behavior smoothly without relying on rigid, authoritarian structures.
• Exceptional Communication: Superior command of written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex pedagogical strategies to diverse stakeholders.
• Emotional Intelligence: High empathy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Proximity: Candidate must ideally reside within Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby Ikoyi axes to ensure logistical sustainability.
