NOW HIRING: Duty Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Northern KZN About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in Northern KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused hospitality professional with strong operational and administrative skills to oversee the day-to-day running of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional five-star service standards. Key Requirements • Previous Duty Manager experience within a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality environment. • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency in Opera PMS is essential. • Proven lodge experience with a solid understanding of luxury hospitality operations. • Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to handle complaints and special requests professionally. • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience supervising and motivating teams. • Ability to coordinate multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guiding and Maintenance. • Sound understanding of health, safety and emergency procedures within a safari lodge environment. • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
