The successful candidate will lead operational teams, maintain five-star service standards, and oversee guest satisfaction across all departments. Key Requirements • Post-matric hotel school qualification. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality environment. • Proficiency in Opera Cloud Property Management System is essential. • Previous leadership or supervisory experience will be advantageous. • Excellent communication skills with a high level of English proficiency. • Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to train, motivate and develop team members. • Positive, energetic and guest-focused approach. • Ability to work shifts and perform well under pressure. • Own transport is preferred.
