Job Summary

  • Responsible for transporting staff, clients, or goods in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition and ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive assigned vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials as required
  • Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrival and avoid delays
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks, fuel level, oil, brakes, tyres, and general condition
  • Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and properly maintained
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance
  • Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly
  • Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary
  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and goods at all times

Requirements And Skills

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or structured environment
  • Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations
  • Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
