About the Driver Role

This full-time opportunity requires a disciplined individual who can safely operate company vehicles and support daily transportation needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and company materials while ensuring all vehicles remain in excellent condition and comply with safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.

Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence (Class C or higher).

Minimum of 3 years’ driving experience with a clean driving record.

Good knowledge of Ndola and Copperbelt routes.

Effective communication skills in English.

Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and good character.

Preferred Qualifications

Defensive driving certification.

Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Basic mechanical knowledge to identify minor vehicle issues.
