Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and archive import/export documents (including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage daily business sheets and import/export ledgers, ensuring timely and accurate data tracking.
  • Agency & Partner Liaison: Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies to track logistics and customs clearance progress.
  • L/C & Payment Settlement: Assist in the review, presentation, and follow-up of Letters of Credit (L/C) to ensure secure and timely payment settlement.
  • Exception Handling & Support: Handle customs clearance or transport anomalies promptly and support other daily administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Business English, or related fields.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in customs clearance, dealerships, or logistics; prior experience in structured, established companies with solid foundational knowledge is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (especially reading and writing) to effectively handle business emails and international documentation.
  • Competencies: Highly detail-oriented, diligent, quick learner, with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Integrity: Good personal integrity with a clean background.
