Minimum 7 Years proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Strong hands-on technical ability with the skill to architect and implement solutions directly
The ability to code, troubleshoot, and work closely within technical environments
Experience across systems design, automation, integrations, and IT operations
Confidence moving between executive strategy and low-level technical execution
Expertise working across infrastructure, software, cloud platforms, and operational systems
Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership abilities
The wisdom to translate complex technical matters into language understood across the kingdom
